ik333 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Our Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and ik333 ("ik333", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ik333 online betting and casino platform, accessible at ik333.io and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money service on ik333. This requirement is strict and non-negotiable. ik333 employs age verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming best practice. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, any winnings will be voided, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ik333 Platform is operated for and directed at players in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account creation and that participation in online gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you personally. 2.4 KYC Verification

Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. 3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ik333 username and password. 3.2 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ik333 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If you have a positive balance at the time of closure, you may request a withdrawal of cleared funds prior to closure, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. ik333 reserves the right to close accounts found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ik333 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from dormant account balances, as notified to the account holder via email prior to deductions commencing. Dormant account holders will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any fee application.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ik333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• ik333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Unverified accounts may experience withdrawal delays pending completion of KYC procedures.
• ik333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ik333 sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market, which are published within the Platform. By placing a bet or initiating a game session, you confirm that you have read and accept those specific rules in addition to this Agreement.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

• Pre-match and live in-play bets are accepted on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other approved events.
• ik333 reserves the right to suspend a market or void a bet at any time if an event is postponed, abandoned, or if there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• In-play odds are updated in real time; ik333 is not liable for technical delays that may affect the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement.
• Bets accepted in error at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at ik333's discretion, with stakes returned to the player's wallet.

5.3 Casino & Table Games

All casino games — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as RNG slots from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are subject to the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio. ik333 does not control the outcome of live dealer games; outcomes are determined by the respective studio's certified systems. 5.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session (including but not limited to disconnection, software errors, or server outages), ik333 will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, any bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment as a registered player.
